When the server finally arrived, he seemed disinterested and made no effort to apologize for the delay. When we politely raised our concerns about the food, he simply shrugged and said the kitchen was busy, offering no solution or assistance.

I believe that high-quality food and attentive service are essential in any dining establishment, especially one with your reputation. My family and I left the restaurant feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I kindly request an explanation regarding the issues mentioned and hope you will take appropriate steps to prevent such experiences for future customers. I would also appreciate reasonable compensation for the inconvenience caused.
